For most categories the final value fee is about 13.25% of the total amount of the sale (item + shipping) plus $0.40 per order. Books, music and trading cards run lower; some categories are tiered.
Store subscribers pay slightly different rates. If you sell at volume, a store subscription usually beats non-store rates — compare with your actual numbers here.
Payment processing is already bundled into the final value fee for most US sellers — don't double-count it.
