Lash Extension Pricing Calculator
Lash work is priced by time more than any other beauty service — a classic set can run two hours. This calculator prices both your full sets and your fills from your real hands-on time, product and disposable costs, so your most-booked services stop quietly losing money.
Pricing sets vs fills
Fills are where pricing leaks: a 60-minute fill at full-set hourly economics may earn less per hour than the set itself once no-show risk and shorter slots are counted. Price them independently.
Product cost per set: lashes, adhesives, gel pads, tape and disposables typically run $3–8 for classic, more for volume techniques that consume more lashes per eye.
US market context (2026): classic full sets commonly price at $100–200; fills at $50–100 every 2–3 weeks. If your calculator price lands far below market, your hourly rate is too low.
Frequently asked questions
How often should I raise lash prices?
Annually, or when adhesive/supply costs jump. Longtime clients tolerate announced increases better than surprise ones.
Why do fills cost less than half a set?
They take about half the time — the calculator prices both from real minutes, so the ratio falls out of your actual timing.
Should I charge more for volume vs classic?
Yes if it takes longer or uses more product — the calculator prices from time and product, so technique differences price themselves.
